How may someone who can't use the 'phone contact this company? They don't appear to publish a contact e-mail address, though there is supposedly a web form for enquiries. On my trying to use this to ask a question, the attempt to submit it resulted in a message appearing asking for the security code they'd just e-mailed. Considering that I hadn't told them my e-mail address, it's perplexing how they might have managed to do this. Since it's clear that the company's Customer Services department is unreachable, my order will be going elsewhere.
Part of my order was not in stock. How can a company accept payment for something they are unable to sell? The rest of the order was supposed to be delivered today before 1730hrs. I waited in all day, Nothing. No contact number to ring any customer service they may provide. This company does not instil confidence in a first time buyer.
