Blooming awful communications, all our operatives are busy right now - yeah," I will get someone to phone you right back" -- right!! even guaranteed this would happen - right. - nothing - this every time I have tried and no phone backs - I have a recall and have to use, would never consider otherwise, purchase service or anything.
Im sure the engineers are ok - I hope - but the procedure to get to a garage and the correct department is appalling!!
Marshall Volvo Cambridge, Awful dealership. Sells cars with numerous issues. Don’t reply to emails when confronted with evidence of said issues. Farhan Tanvir is absolutely shocking to deal with. Scammers. Take your money and never hear of them again: go elsewhere
Having seen a lovely Range Rover Evoque advertised at Marshalls Cambridge,we contacted Marshall Cambridge with an attempt to arrange viewing. Sadly due to very poor communication with Marshalls Cambridge we then contacted Marshalls Land Rover Lincoln. A lovely sales Executive called Harry Alcock was our primary contact.
Harry returned our call very promptly and he was able arrange the vehicle transfer to the Lincoln dealership . Harry kept us updated on a regular basis through to completion of the purchase. Harry was a very polite professional young man it was lovely to meet such a genuine nice guy. Thank you Harry and Marshalls Landrover Lincoln.
I reserved a car with Marshall Honda Harrogate on 4th February. After reviewing the finance figures more carefully, I decided I was not happy with the numbers and informed the dealership on 5th February that I wanted to cancel the order.
The cancellation was done promptly (within one day of reserving), and I was expecting a straightforward and quick refund of my reservation fee. However, since 5th February, I have been continuously following up with the dealer regarding the refund, and unfortunately, they have not been taking this seriously.
There has been little to no proper response, and the refund has still not been processed. The lack of communication and delay in returning my money is very disappointing and unprofessional.
I hope this review encourages the management team to look into this matter urgently and process my refund without further delay. Customers should not have to chase repeatedly for their own money after cancelling within the agreed period.
Fabulous service from Danny & the team on an exciting first car purchase for my daughter! Beautiful car, just needed a small scratch touched up which they did with no hassle, even going above & beyond to do a small stone chip.

I travelled 3 hours to view a golf GTi, and I was not disappointed , the vehicle was as described and presented as I would expect. Thanks to Dylan who assisted me with my purchase and the part exchange of my existing vehicle. He also listened to what I wanted reference extras and sorted. At no point did I feel pressured or forced to buy the vehicle. They were also prepared delay the collection as I needed to remove my private number plate again with no fuss. Arrived on time to drop off my wife’s car for pre‑booked repairs, at their Skoda dealership in Milton Keynes, only to be told the Service Department “wasn’t ready.” At this dealership, turning up at the agreed time appears to be a surprise, and customers are expected to fit around them.
This was excused with “we’ve got other customers waiting,” all the while staff were chatting in an office rather than helping. An unnecessary wait followed before anything progressed.
Sadly, this reflects a long‑running pattern here, dating back over 7 years. Once a sale is made, customer service is clearly not a priority. We won’t be considering this particular dealership when replacing the car.
Emma Gibson dealt with my grandmother's Motability lease. She was absolutely excellent from start to finish. When it came to ordering the car, she was able to squeeze us in pretty much straight away, and was so lovely and friendly and extremely helpful and informative. When picking up the new car and handing over the old one, she made sure we were fully happy and confident with it before letting us drive off, something we have NEVER had before in all the years my grandmother has had Motability cars. She sat in the back and explained every single feature and honestly, it was so helpful and just a warm experience. I don't think people realise how unnerving it can be to get into a brand new car and be expected to just know exactly where everything is, especially with how (somewhat unnecessarily) technologically advanced cars are becoming these days, and even more so when it's the older generation picking up a new car that they will depend on. Emma is an amazing credit to the team.
Our recent visit to Marshall at Cheltenham to fix an HV Cooler problem was outstanding.
The HVC had to be replaced and whilst the car was in the garage the team also dealt with a recall for the passenger airbag.
Our booking was handled by Raine who took time to investigate our experiences with the vehicle and to explain all the actions taken by the garage. She was patient, very supportive and provided an excellent update during the car’s visit.
We were also very pleased to have had support of the After Sales Manager Richard, who provided excellent advice and reassurance.
Our car was made ready for collection at the time we requested, it was washed and looked like new.
I recommend the service team at Marshall Cheltenham, particularly Raine and Richard - thank you.
