I have been without access to my upstairs bedroom and bathroom for twelve days now, sleeping in my electric chair for 12 nights. Parts are apparently delayed, and I had to follow up every day for 10 days, including two Sundays. The last update indicated parts would arrive on 01/10/25 and the engineer would come on 02/10/25 at 9am. I was told I would be the first job, yet here I am at 12:20pm still "WAITING" for the engineer. This company has poor communication and does not prioritize their customers' well-being. Unfortunately, a local council pays this company to fix disabled equipment, but the service has been far from satisfactory. You expect support, not frustration, but they seem to lack understanding and accountability. The manager has been quite disrespectful.
