We've had our lift since 2022, arranged by the local council after my hospital stay. They were very professional. We faced a few issues as we were new to stairlifts, but when we called, they were very helpful. We have a yearly service, as my husband now relies on it more than I do. They provide excellent service, and we feel confident it will not fail us. My only concern is that it seems a bit slow, but otherwise, it is our lifeline.
