I never thought that I would need a stairlift but since becoming disabled, I had to have a stairlift installed so that I could remain in my home. Dolphinlifts in Chobham fitted it for me several years ago and the service and customer care, even then, was fabulous. Recently my stairlift went wrong on me and I had to call Dolphinlifts to come out to fix the problem. WOW, the lady who answered the phone and dealt with me was fabulous and understanding. The engineer who came out was amazing (and PPE'd up (important for someone at high risk)). They came out the very same afternoon! The same fault code appeared the next day, on a weekend, and they, once again, came out straight away and had huge understanding of my predicament. I have had no problems with them at all. Other companies in different parts of the country could learn a lot from Dolphinlifts in Chobham and I should know as I used to be Head of Training and Customer Service for a multi-national company in the UK.
