This company does not honor their warranty. I purchased my whirlpool washing machine three years ago. I had a warranty with Whirlpool then I bought a warranty with D&G an extended warranty for them to just recently cancel my warranty. They stated my warranty was canceled due to breach contract because they refused to replace my washer it cost $800 to fix I paid $75 for technician to come out an get estimate this Company promised that they will reimburse me if I called a different company technician they haven’t reimbursed me. They asked me also to pay $500 outed my pocket to have washer repaired due to a technician at diamond factory another awful company stating that my Home was not suitable for him to come back out which my home is very clean instead of them sending out another tech they went on with that technician stated which happens to be the only technician in my area so of course he did not do the job correctly the first time so he did not want to come out the fourth time because he had been to my home three times. He did not wanna come out the fourth time and complete the job which he knew the job was $500-$800 to repair due to the switch board needing to be replaced and transmission I was also going back back-and-forth with Barbara on e-mail She wanted me to pay out-of-pocket she stated I need history on that washer so we need a repair person to come out and at least try to repair it at this time. I stated a repair person has been out to my home three times already this washer is $500-$800 to repair. It can be replaced who will repair for that amount I do not recommend this service ever this company for a warranty please avoid. They do not honor their warranty. They want you to pay out-of-pocket and they’re not honest and they only have one executive manager who makes the decision and makes a very bogus decision without replacing or making
Sure, the customer is satisfied and meeting the customer needs and not only that carrying out their warranty policy why would I pay out-of-pocket $500-$800 for a washer repair when that’s a price of brand new washer just replace its been such a big hassle for the last three months I will never do business with this company
