I have been with this company for over 10 years and the level of service I am receiving now is completely unacceptable.
My fridge freezer broke down and an engineer attended on 23rd March. Instead of fixing the issue, he advised he would order the parts and told me I could fit them myself as that would be “quicker”. What exactly am I paying for if I am expected to do the repair myself?
It is now 13th April and my appliance is still not fixed. I have called four times, made two formal complaints, sent photos, and despite all of this they continue to send the wrong parts.
This is not a one off mistake, this is repeated incompetence. If a qualified engineer had returned to fit the parts, they would have immediately realised they were incorrect.
They are very quick to take monthly payments and even quicker to try and upsell additional cover, yet when you actually need support, the service is slow, careless and ineffective.
After over a decade of loyalty, this is how customers are treated. Absolutely unacceptable. You are not receiving the service you are paying for.
Consider this a warning.
