Beware, it's a scam!
I had the same experiences as many did before me. I regret not looking at the reviews first.
Domestika uses deceptive practices. I bought a course for $1.99, thinking it was a standalone purchase. Only afterward did I discover that this also enrolled me in a Domestika Plus annual subscription, charged at $314 after 30 days.
They do not make this clear during the checkout process. The only mention is in fine print in the invoice after the fact. This tactic is clearly designed to trap users into auto-renewals without informed consent.
