Turned my power off for no good reason!

Lived here for 4 years, always paid my bill on time. For no good reason they just turned my power off. When I called, they told me they had some kind of information that said I had moved out! That should NEVER happen.To make matters even worse, the problem was that someone called and said they were moving into my address. Obviously giving them the wrong address. They did not check to see the accuracy of their information, and just shut off my power. And they are not going to do anything to correct the problem going forward! So I could call them up and say I was moving into any address I wanted to and they will shut off that person's power. What kind of customer service is that?To their credit, they turned the power back on right away, but offered nothing but 100% lame excuses about why they turned it off in the first place.
