A simple transfer of services turned into a nightmare & very time consuming. First, they transferred service to show a commercial account, after spending hours on the phone, walking around the condo building to find a serial # on the meter. 6 weeks later, my acct shows 0 balance, my landlord calls to advise that HE is receiving a bill?! I've spent hours on the phone AGAIN trying to resolve the issue, passed from one person to another!
