New Construction, Dominion admitted the have made exceptions outside of their procedures in the manual on placing meters on other homes, but they would not make an exception because the meter could not be seen from the pole. Yet there are meters placed at the back and sides of houses where there is no clear view of the pole?My particular builder has gotten several exceptions and paid for the extra linear footage for the meter to be placed where needed. I even asked the question if there was a legal due diligence on how many exceptions would be found? He agreed they have done it in the past, "but thats the problem with exceptions and we have given your builder exceptions in the past"
