I had a very disappointing experience with this company.
I paid in full for a Segway G2 scooter listed as “in stock”, only to be told AFTER payment that the only unit available was a display model that had been used and tested by customers. This was not mentioned anywhere before purchase.
I declined the display unit and had to wait several days for a refund, leaving a large amount of money blocked.
What’s worse, I was about to purchase another model (F2 Pro), which was also shown as “in stock”, and only then found out it would have been the same situation again — a display unit, with no prior disclosure. I would have ended up with over €1,300 tied up.
This is misleading and unacceptable. If products are display units, this must be clearly stated BEFORE payment.
I would not recommend buying from this company.
