I was in search of a replacement vacuum cleaner and usually shop with another vendor, but this seller had a more attractive price. Although I hadn't heard of them before, a quick online check showed they were reputable. I bought the vacuum cleaner for my mother, and it arrived quickly. Overall, it was a very positive experience, and I will certainly return as a customer.
If you're located on the mainland, be prepared to handle your item yourself. I ordered a range cooker and paid an additional fee for heavy delivery into my home. They require confirmation that their packaging will fit through my standard front door, which seems unlikely. They expect you to sign for the package right at the doorstep, leaving it there. To make matters worse, the delivery happened in the dark! Despite having a double door conservatory available, they refused to use it due to the weight of the item and the weather, citing health and safety concerns. While prices may seem attractive, the hassle of delivery raises serious questions. Additionally, they only deliver to my area once a week; my order on November 27th wasn't delivered until December 8th, and now they insist on leaving it outside. This raises doubts about whether this is a reliable company for white goods. I had called before purchasing, and they assured me that delivery would be straightforward.

Since my last review, the service team has completely resolved my issues and provided an adequate solution. I’m happy to revise my score. My initial purchase was excellent, and the product arrived quickly. Unfortunately, it developed a fault within the first year, and I was advised to contact the seller for a replacement. The initial contact was good, but subsequent attempts to reach the service desk went unanswered, which was disappointing given their reputation.
I strongly advise against purchasing from this company! I bought a range cooker three weeks ago and paid for the removal of my old one. It arrived damaged, and despite reporting it immediately, I received no follow-up. After a week of daily calls with no response, I was finally told a replacement was on the way, but it has been three weeks without a cooker. Feeding a family of six without a functional cooker is extremely challenging. The poor customer service is shocking, and I will never buy from them again.
