Sadly I had to take one of my cats to Donaldsons in Huddersfield because she was extremely unwell. Unfortunately but not surprisingly it was her time to go for her forever sleep. The staff I dealt with could not have been any nicer. They tried so hard to make it a little easier and never did I feel like it was just a business transaction. They even brought tissues when they saw my son upset. When it came time to pay, I didn’t feel that it was extortionate and again the staff were so helpful offering me the opportunity to get home and then call to pay (which I declined).
