Absolutely delicious, gorgeous, plump tasty dates in a beautiful tin which I'll keep long after the dates are gone. There was a slight problem with delivery, but the team were so helpful, tracking the package and responding to my emails, and it was well worth waiting for such an excellent product. I'll be buying more.
My dates have finally arrived and they are delicious. The non-personalised tin is also great. I must admit to having fears of being scammed as I’d originally ordered in August. But my concerns were not justified and I feel regret at doubting an organisation that is genuinely trying to do some good in this bin-fire of a world.
Really happy with my delivery was kept informed the whole way through. Well worth the weight the dates were exceptional. I've never tasted Dates from Palestine before like these. They have such a unique taste to them and especially knowing that proceeds support the suffering in Gaza, makes it all worthwhile.
Delivery was faster than I thought, but the products these guys sell are amazing. I use the tin and restock it with more Palestinian dates. But the dates that come with this tin are amazing. Like chewing on beautiful toffees their so good. And the most important cause to support right now.
Please support this totally legit cause. Ordered my two tins of dates online 2 weeks ago, and they arrived as described today. Dates are really good and process has been smooth. The dates can’t be sent out until they are harvested, and it’s clear on their social media that they received the harvest of dates on 19th January and orders would be fulfilled after that. Can only assume the people that left bad reviews about not receiving dates ordered well before this… and the ‘cardboard sleeve’ they received was an acknowledgment and place holder until the actual dates were harvested and able to be sent*please update your bad reviews if this is the case*
Ordered a personalised tin containing dates to support Palestinian farmers and paid £40+. Instead got a cardboard sleeve over and not the tin as advertised. Donate Directly seems to be registered in the USA and the address on the dates is in the UK. I would have paid £40+ had I been told I’d get a cardboard sleeve but this wasn’t what was advertised and wasn’t what I ordered. I’m retuning the item and will make a donation to a different charity instead
Bit of a scam, I ordered a personalised tin of dates back in October, it's now January and nothing has arrived. I don't mind donating to the Palestinian cause, god knows they need all the help they can get, it would have been more honest to just ask for a donation rather than getting people's hopes up waiting for dates.Edit: Dates have now arrived, I can appreciate it takes a while but keeping customers updated even just once a month on the status of their order would have been nice. The personalised tins are just a cardboard sleeve over the top of a standard tin, but the tins are still nice and the dates are good 👍
