The guide provided excellent insights into the history, geography, and culture of the western Cape wine regions. He was familiar with the wineries, their history, and viticulture. The only downside was that he had to improvise as a replacement guide, which was not his fault!
We had an incredible wine tour with the service. Everything was well organized, and our guide made the day unforgettable, especially with the thoughtful birthday surprise! The winery was beautiful, the tastings were excellent, and we even brought some bottles home that we're still enjoying. Communication and booking were seamless. Highly recommend!
I'm giving a 1-star review because we did make a reservation. Don't rely on them to deliver. Our guide canceled due to a vehicle breakdown, claiming no rentals were available, which was not true. It was a huge disappointment to plan our trip for months only to encounter a service that decided last minute it wasn't convenient. They offered no backup solution and thought they did us a favor by refunding our fee. Do not engage with them; seek alternatives.
