Just before Christmas, my partner bought me a silver bracelet from Ronatelli (Order 24126) after checking the company and its Trustpilot reviews. The original order was correct on delivery: a 24 cm silver bracelet.
On Christmas Day, however, it turned out to be too large. We contacted the company to request an exchange—no blame, no issue. After carefully measuring my wrist, we agreed that a 22 cm bracelet would be correct. We paid to return the item and arranged the exchange.
The replacement that arrived was not 22 cm. It was only 20 cm and would not even fasten around my wrist. After measuring it ourselves, we confirmed it was clearly 20 cm. Despite this, the company insisted—repeatedly—that the bracelet had been double and triple checked before being sent.
To prove otherwise, I laid the bracelet flat, measured it, and sent photographic evidence showing it was only 20 cm. Eventually, it was agreed that we would return the bracelet again and that the shipping costs would be refunded this time, as the mistake was theirs.
Now—10 weeks since purchase and 6 weeks after the first return request—we finally have the correct 22 cm bracelet. However, the promised refund for the return shipping costs has never been issued.
The reason for this negative feedback is simple:
The company insisted the incorrect replacement had been checked multiple times when it clearly had not.
They agreed to refund shipping costs due to their error and then failed to do so.
Giving lip service is not enough. As an experienced retailer myself, I can say this plainly: don’t lie to customers, and do what you say you will do.
The difference between positive and negative feedback is entirely in your hands.
Purchased a few months ago, arrived well packaged and timely. But I have to say the design of this bracelet is versatile. Everyday wear is fine, add with something else to provide sparkle, or stone. I am coming back for more Ronatelli designed jewelry for sure.

The products are made in China, which raises questions about their quality and materials. While it claims to be 925 Sterling Silver, I suspect it might just be a silver layer. I'm not impressed considering the price I paid. I might return it and purchase from another platform at a lower price for similar quality. Customers should be informed that the product is produced in China.
