I use this company based on their advertisements on Real America’s Voice. They really did not negotiate what I owe Chase down very much. I was told that once I reached the settlement and a payment arrangement that my credit report would recover as I was paying off my debt that didn’t happen. I’m now going to get a second loan to pay off the balance with Done With Debt to get this off my credit report. The information and results they told me to get me to use their service did not happen. Not happy and calked the company and voiced my concerns with no resolution. Could have done better dealing directly with Chase Bank.
