Helpful and Patient, resolved concerns quickly and when was unable to Complete our transaction due to a change of appointment and email problems we encountered had his associate (Boss) assist us to complete our process. Cynthia was the most helpful and gracious person I have dealt with in done with debt or any Affiliated organization. I use this company based on their advertisements on Real America’s Voice. They really did not negotiate what I owe Chase down very much. I was told that once I reached the settlement and a payment arrangement that my credit report would recover as I was paying off my debt that didn’t happen. I’m now going to get a second loan to pay off the balance with Done With Debt to get this off my credit report. The information and results they told me to get me to use their service did not happen. Not happy and calked the company and voiced my concerns with no resolution. Could have done better dealing directly with Chase Bank.
I am 18-months in, on two accounts. One of the accounts is under settlement the other is not. Patience is a must; they are easy to get in touch with and willing to guide you through the dashboard, so you understand. Any updates or status is basically your responsibility to acquire through the dashboard. They have not once contacted me with updates. As I said if you want to know where you stand you do the research, they will talk you through it, but you got to call them. I will see how it ends up.
Talking with the gentleman Carter O. gave me hope again in the organization Done with Debt. The company was mentioned on Mike Gallagher’s podcast. I was over with any organization that says they will help with debt relief. The last one; Cordoba Legal Group, was upfront with the organization not allowed to pay any medical or scholarship debts. They never called me for updates only to robo call me when repeated attempts to get through to the company representative I was a client of. I complained to: FCC twice to stop their 2-3 robo calls a day. I was done, until I heard the podcast on Mike Gallagher. I called and Carter explained everything and I broke down and told him my story. How a lawyer here in Alaska got away with not paying my medical debts. They knew better and walked away with 10’s of thousands of dollars and leaving me with a few thousand. He explained how everything works and he wants to help. I am letting everyone know Carter and Cynthia his coworker helped me through everything and got the medical bills negotiated and I couldn’t be a happier person in humanity again. I have trust built through Carter’s care and kindness. Cynthia always calls to check on me, so I feel their presence. I HIGHLY recommend “Done with Debt”
