I am 18-months in, on two accounts. One of the accounts is under settlement the other is not. Patience is a must; they are easy to get in touch with and willing to guide you through the dashboard, so you understand. Any updates or status is basically your responsibility to acquire through the dashboard. They have not once contacted me with updates. As I said if you want to know where you stand you do the research, they will talk you through it, but you got to call them. I will see how it ends up.
