I hold a membership that allows unlimited rentals and free usage for up to one hour. I used a bike all day and had to re-rent it several times, but it was the same bike throughout. It was always with me and never lost or stolen. At the end of the day, I returned it to a drop-off point. Despite this, I was charged €250 because I re-rented it during the day. They show no consideration for actual usage or return to the drop-off point, even with a membership. This feels like a scam; the company lacks compassion and logic. I will pursue a refund as this is unacceptable!
