Concept is great but the locks that are opened by Bluetooth is unstable. One of our bikes worked without problems but the other one did not even though we used the same phone. Gears not well adjusted and pretty lousy bikes, it's fine but they need to be maintained. Also had problems returning the bike the app said ever trying was ok at first but when I took up the phone a few minutes latet, on the train back to Sweden a message popped up telling me that some failure occured, and that I had to return it again. Called their support that turned out to be an email support.... Disappointed. On top of that the app said 90 DKK for 24h but there were no bikes in Copenhagen for that price.. Maybe they should have mentioned from 90. Rent a bike with a key instead and get rid of the fuzz.
