Don't believe a word from this company. We bought a keyboard for my son, it was a cheap starter; low quality but just about ok. 2 months in and 4 keys stopped working. Emailed and explained the issue. They did everything to avoid taking responsibility and delaying (whilst at the same time gushing effusively about how sorry they were). When they finally accepted it was faulty and promised a refund...guess what? It never came. They posted fake refund screen shots, claimed it was our bank's fault, all an absolute lie.How they have not been shut down and are stil allowed to advertise on Google etc I have no idea.It's gone to Visa Dispute now so we'll most likely get the money back but hundreds/thousands won't.Avoid at all costs.POSTSCRIPT TO DONNERS RESPONSEMore lies?
