I tried to cancel an order from Donner well before it was picked up from the warehouse by UPS. I didn't receive a reply to my emails until after the order was delivered. Donner subsequently contacted me by email, excusing not replying sooner due to being too busy with their sale. I was offered a 10% credit. I do not want a credit. I replied, I sent multiple emails and submitted a form on Donner's website requesting an RMA, etc., to enable me to return the order. I also stated that, because Donner admitted fault in not cancelling the order due to being too busy with sales, I should not have to pay for return shipping. I also stated that I did not open the box; the seal is intact. I attached photos of the box showing all sides and the intact seal. Donner has not responded. I also attempted to phone Donner at the phone numbers published by Donner on its website; Donner is not taking any calls at any of their phone numbers. I also messaged Donner's customer service through Donner's Facebook page; A bot replied with a boilerplate message, not customer service. If Donner does not reply to me with an RMA, etc., to enable me to return the order and refund the full purchase price and taxes, I will contact the credit card company and file a chargeback because of Donner's non-compliance with its order return policy.
I ordered a piano on 02 January 2026, and it's now 14 January without any updates on delivery. Despite emailing the support team three times, I've only received generic replies stating my inquiries have been forwarded. There's no phone support, and these responses take too long. I'm really frustrated and worried that my £500 may be lost.
They promote a specific price for a keyboard, but it changes when I attempt to place an order. After that, my emails go unanswered. When they eventually reply, they claim I can't verify the price. This is, at the very least, poor customer service; at worst, it's a bait-and-switch tactic.
Oh no. I should have checked the reviews before purchasing. The feedback for the product looked promising, so I didn't investigate further. The item hasn't arrived, despite claims that it has. I've sent multiple emails with no response, and the contact number doesn't work…
I ordered a weighted piano for delivery, which never happened. Royal Mail stated the customer wouldn't accept it. After arranging a redelivery, the same issue occurred. Now, I’ve requested my money back, but after four days, I see nothing in my account. Their replies come late at night, indicating overseas support. It's concerning how poorly they understand English.
The delivery service and response time are lacking. I don’t mind waiting for an item, but being told for four consecutive days that I need to be home for delivery, only for it to change each day, is unacceptable. Additionally, they only communicate via email, and it takes days to get a reply.
I ordered a piano on November 27th and still haven't received it. There has been no update on shipping. I tried calling, but the customer service number doesn’t work, and my emails went unanswered. I strongly advise against this company!
I intended to purchase a guitar as a Christmas gift. They offered a pre-Black Friday deal, and after adding the guitar to my cart, I received several emails with discount codes. However, applying them at checkout never reflected the promised discounts. I spent days trying to resolve the issue with no response. Eventually, I opted for a different brand that was significantly cheaper.
