Really not happy with this company I bought a monkey kareoke machine from them it came with one mic broken I phoned them to ask for a new mic I had to send a vidio of the broken mic which I did they t he en said it would take 35 days to come I waited and waited nothing so I called them up only to be told ow it has been lost by the courier did I want a new one sending out or a refund for the mic seriously I said you never even contacted me to tell me poor customer service no communication minus 5 stars if I could
