Don Pablo coffee has the worst customer service inasmuch as getting the actual coffee that was ordered. I placed an order 6 weeks ago and still haven’t received it. I called and received the same excuse that I received the last 2 times I called. The company received a large order and they’re behind because they roast the beans daily for fresh coffee. Unacceptable!! Let’s see now how long it takes to get my payment credited back to my card since the company charged my card the moment I placed the order rather than charging my card when the item ships! Will never use or recommend this company again.
