First of all......I agree with another person. WHERE did all the reviews for this company go?12 days from date of order. Let's remove weekends shall we? 3 days.....including a "holiday". Lemee see.....I am no Harvard genius here but.....that's 9 days.(I am assuming Saturdays are a work day?)I got an email today AFTER asking where my order was saying the "same thing".....we want your coffee to be fresh.....yada, yada, yada. I get that but really.....my first bag wasn't that fresh and this coffee is not exceptional. I figured by the time they DID ship it and by the time I got it......I am lookin' at 2 weeks or more. I got it due to the fact it's low acid.......I am headed to the grocery to get some low acid Folgers and it won't take ME 2 weeks to get it home.I threw in an extra star for the speedy refund. A sincere "we are having issues and it shouldn't take this long and we are sorry" email would have been better than the computer generated verbiage I got. I won't order from them again and can't recommend them.Clearly they need help filling orders.
