Take your money before shipping, then never ship. You have to constantly write and call. Unbelievably bad business practice that's been going on for over a year. I was told there was a problem with supply. OK, that's fine. Don't charge me then until you have the product. I was charged for a shipment, never got it, then months later when my next subscription shipment was due, I was charged again and never got it either. That's 2 charges and no product. I cancelled one order and waited for the other one because they said the problem was worked out, it finally came after months. Now I'm going through this dance again...paid 10 days ago and no word of shipping. I'm looking for a new coffee brand, tired of these games.
