Coffee is fantastic. I have been a subscriber for years. The delivery has been inconsistent over the past 18 months, and most months have been delayed (they always charge on time). I am currently two months behind on a delivery.They always offer a refund, but I want a working subscription service. The product/price has been worth the hassle because I assumed it would smooth out, but unfortunately, it seems to be getting worse and worse.I am so bummed by this. I feel sorry for their customer service team.
