I've ordered from Don Pablo Coffee (aka Burke Brands LLC) a few times between 2021 - 2024, and look forward to my last and final order with them arriving. Sorry, fellow coffee lovers - but avoid ordering from this company. I'm echoing several other negative reviews here - I placed an order on Sept 1, 2024, and today (Oct 6th) the only notification I received (Sept 23rd) was an insufficient, generic notice to all customers about delays. If your supply chain is failing consistently or you don't have the resources to support online orders, first inform your customers more than 3 weeks after their order and consider just disabling your e-commerce shop altogether. This has occurred every time I've ordered from them. You'd think that they're literally shipping each bean, one at a time, roasting each bean one at a time at this rate. Or perhaps this company thinks they can run on a lean staff. Over a month for any order? How do tons of other coffee companies provide quality coffee in a fraction of the time from order to receiving product? Burke Brands LLC should reconsider their business model because it's failing their customers. Unacceptable service.
