I have had a subscription for Don Pablo coffee for a few years now. I receive 5 pounds every other month. This last year my deliveries have been slower and slower. They always charge you on the first of the month with no intention of filling your order. I keep running out of coffee, so I changed my subscription to monthly. currently I have paid for August and September and in another week they will charge me for October and have received no coffee. When you contact customer service they just tell you lies and state that your coffee is going out in a couple days. The only reason I do not cancel my subscription is I love the coffee! But horrible, horrible, customer service! UPDATE: 10/7/24 still no coffee from orders Aug and Sep 1st. Hopefully I canceled the October 1 order else my credit card would’ve been charged again! Each week I receive a generic email stating my coffee is shipping next week, but that I could cancel my order for a full refund. Good luck with that! If you go on the Amazon website, you can order the same coffee at a higher price and get it shipped in one or two days, so it seems they have the coffee and I cannot explain why they don’t ship it.
