I truly love the taste of this coffee everyone we have given a cup to at our home loves it. I’ve had a subscription for years now and have been very happy with it. Recently in August 2024 I didn’t get my order. I was told it was delayed a bit. I said ok. Several weeks went by and nothing. Then the next month was debited from my account. Again no coffee. I’ve tried emailing calling and no answer any time of the day. I emailed and received a reply but the message was all jumbled together I count read it. It any event just cancelled my subscription. I’m so disappointed as we are huge fans of this coffee it’s exactly what I was looking for. Organic and low acid. Its delicious! However the customer service and ability to communicate and fulfill orders is terrible. Brenda
