I joined Quick Quack carwash immediately after purchasing new RAVE 4 expecting a simple, safe cleaning, to keep our car looking new. But after 6 months of using Quick Quack we noticed multiple scratches on the top and sides of the roof both sides. The damage was not noticeable immediately after first wash but after 6 months of washing the marks are clearly visible. It is a new car and there is no other way it could have gotten identical scratches on both sides of the roof.I cannot recommend this place and strongly suggest going elsewhere if you care about your car’s finish.
