Quick quack was double billing me for months and wouldn't refund the money. Bad customer relations and service. Bad company. I dropped my account after they stole $100 from me!Your staff did not delete my prior car. Your mistake not mine. The fraud occurred when the next Hertz customer decided to take advantage of the non-removal of the car by your staff to get "free" car washes using a rental car that was removed when I added the new one. Your staff is too limited by license plates to make proper adjustments. You do not care about your customers per all the poor reviews here. My advice. STAY AWAY FROM QUICK QUACK!!!
