Been going there for a while with a membership. Other than sometimes leaves soap on the car after the wash lately the wash conveyor did not push my car all the way out at the end. No signal, green light, was given to put the car in drive and the vehicle behind me bumped into the rear of my car. I finally put the car in drive and drove out.The person behind me and I both waited to put in a claim as the same thing happened to him. We basically just wanted to notify the company of the problem.After a few weeks they sent an email stating "insufficient details" and that was that.A friend of mine also had the same problem at a different Quick Quack with the same end result.Today the problem happened again but I quickly put the car in drive to get out.
