Improvements:- ask the client for feedback in a structured way, maybe monthly - DONT USE THE DEFAULT CHART OF ACCOUNTS. The default categorizations don’t make sense for every biz (in fact the default categorizations had duplicates like “food and travel” and “food&travel.” Part of the onboarding should be getting the chart of accounts from the client which they don’t do. Adding basic processes like Onboarding and Feedback would solve a lot of problems.
