Do not expect to receive your EIN fast even if you had paid for an expedited service, You need to contact them 5-6 times and then they start the process like nothing happened and you have not paid for an expedited service. Support team do not read emails properly and give dumb unrelated copy paste answers, def some cheap low tier outsourced offshore support team with 0 guidance or training. Finally got the EIN and my name was registered incorrectly, told them about this and I have gotten it fixed by another agency since I didn't wanted to wait for another month while talking to useless support reps, then they told me they have contacted IRS without my permission to correct my already corrected name on record LMAO. This is the worst 1k usd spent, be ready to spend more on other agencies to solve their mess and then their support will send you 0 iq copy paste messages. DO BETTER guys this is shitty service, fix your support team and 0-1 level mistakes, this should not be a cash grab business for you...
