My order from November 2025 was marked as delivered, but it was stolen from my porch. I reached out multiple times via a chatbot and spoke with a representative several times, yet a month later, the company still refuses to resolve this issue, offering no replacement or refund. I'm deeply disappointed as a customer; I've never encountered this before, and now I'm stuck paying $351 for items I don't have. The company feels like a scam with awful customer service.
