I have often shopped from the company’s website, but this last experience has been a nightmare and will definitely be my last. My order from November 2025 was marked as delivered, but it was stolen from my porch. I attempted to resolve the issue multiple times through a chatbot and spoke with a representative several times. A month later, the company still refuses to satisfactorily address the issue, offering no replacement or refund. I'm extremely disappointed as a customer; I've never faced such a situation before, and now I'm left with a total of $351 for items I never received. The company now feels like a scam with terrible customer service.
I've consistently shopped from the company's website, but this last experience has been a disaster and will certainly be my final purchase. My order from November 2025 was marked as delivered, but it was stolen from my porch. I reached out multiple times via a chatbot and spoke with a representative several times, yet a month later, the company still refuses to resolve this issue, offering no replacement or refund. I'm deeply disappointed as a customer; I've never encountered this before, and now I'm stuck paying $351 for items I don't have. The company feels like a scam with awful customer service.
Caution advised! I've always appreciated the purses from the company. I ordered a small purse in steel blue on 11/9/25 and received it on 11/13/25. While it’s a lovely purse, it had noticeable defects with visible creases in one spot. I reached out to the company and was willing to exchange it, but they wanted to charge me another shipping fee. They refused to refund the original shipping cost. They mentioned that if I provided photos of the defect, they would credit the return shipping fee, which they did, but I still lost $10.17 with nothing in return. I disputed this with my credit card company, but they stated it was their policy. This is a poor policy; if a customer receives a defective item, the company should cover the shipping costs. I plan to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. It’s not just about the money; it’s the principle!
Customer service is a major issue. I paid for a bag that was lost and have called multiple times only to receive the runaround. They even suggested I ask neighbors if they had my bag! Tracking clearly shows it wasn’t delivered. This company has declined in quality, and I won't be ordering from them again!
I don’t even want to give them one star; this company feels like a scam. I ordered a bag, opened the package, and didn’t like it. I called customer service to return it, and they sent me a return label. After waiting for my refund, I received $436 instead of the $456 I paid, losing $20 for no clear reason. This policy is ridiculous, and customer service didn’t inform me about it. When I tried to speak with a manager, they claimed they couldn’t help. This company is truly unprofessional and appears to prioritize profit over customer satisfaction.
The bag I received was beautiful, but it went on sale shortly after. The customer service was lacking when I requested a price adjustment or credit toward my next purchase. Customer service is as crucial as product quality, and due to this experience, I won’t be purchasing from the company again. One representative said they don’t offer adjustments at all, while another mentioned they do but only within a certain timeframe. This inconsistency is troubling.
I received my purse in two days in Chicago, exactly as I wanted. It’s well-made, the perfect size, and looks as good as much pricier bags. It’s my favorite by far. I’m extremely pleased with the easy ordering process and free delivery. I plan to order again when they have a good deal, as I’m on a fixed budget but still want excellent quality.
