Poor customer service! My daughter purchased a wallet for me for my birthday. This was purchased in April 2023. By July, it was coming unstitched so I started a repair ticket. I received a response saying ‘ Thank you for reaching out to us regarding your repair request. Unfortunately, based on the photos you have submitted, we are unable to provide repair services. ‘ so I replied ‘ Based on the photos? Can you not see where it has pulled out of that stitching?’. Then I received a 2nd response’ Thank you for your email. Unfortunately, we are unable to repair your wallet.‘. So,$100+ on a Florentine wallet! And absolutely no way to get them to fix it! Won’t be purchasing dooney and bourke ever again.
