The very first time I used DoorDash, I got screwed on service and then the fees. I was having a small dinner party and forgot to get wine. I didn't have time to go to the store, so I ordered two bottles of wine from my local grocery store. When the driver for DoorDash came, he required ID. I knew this beforehand, but I realized when he arrived that I had left my wallet in my car. I asked the driver to wait just a moment while I went to get my car keys to get into my car (which was parked right out front). What did the driver do? He left! DoorDash charged me an 'Undeliverable' fee of $25 in addition to paying his tip. I ended up paying $32 for a delivery that never happened. Does the driver get to keep the wine I paid for, or does he take it back to the store? I got robbed and I'll never use DoorDash again.
