Absolutely unacceptable experience. My order arrived 50 minutes late and the food was completely cold — not “a little cool,” but cold enough that it clearly sat somewhere far too long.
What makes it worse is the complete lack of accountability. I received no meaningful updates, no proactive communication, and when I tried reaching customer service, it felt like talking to a wall. Generic responses, no real resolution, and no effort to make it right.
With all the delivery fees, service fees, and inflated menu prices they charge, you would expect at least basic reliability and support. Instead, it felt like once they had my money, the service ended.
This was a frustrating waste of time and money. Based on this experience, I won’t be using DoorDash again.
