I was looking for large internal door knobs and spoke with the sales team about my needs, leading to a specific recommendation. After a delay due to stock issues, I received them on 16/12/25, but they were external knobs that couldn't be turned. I called the same day for a return note, but the representative was unhelpful and said I had to send them back to the manufacturer. I never got a follow-up, and after multiple attempts to contact them, I learned I should return the items to the seller. Despite calling numerous times and leaving messages, I've received no response. I am appalled by the lack of communication and support. I still have the unsuitable door knobs, and they should take responsibility for this situation.
