We ordered two kits for pocket doors, both delivered via a courier service, despite the order being placed with a different company. Unfortunately, both packages showed signs of damage, likely from transport or storage. Upon opening, one kit was significantly damaged inside the packaging. Fortunately, the builders worked hard to repair the issues on site and completed the installation without further complications. We decided not to reach out to the seller about this, as they would have required the items to be returned for replacements, and we couldn’t afford any delays with the builders on a tight schedule.
If it were an option, I would give zero stars. The items delivered were not as depicted online, the delivery was late and incomplete, and customer care was nonexistent. Even though the seller was at fault, they insisted I pay for return shipping. After some pushback, they sent a link for a free return, but it didn't work. As of now, the issue remains unresolved.
I was looking for large internal door knobs and spoke with the sales team about my needs, leading to a specific recommendation. After a delay due to stock issues, I received them on 16/12/25, but they were external knobs that couldn't be turned. I called the same day for a return note, but the representative was unhelpful and said I had to send them back to the manufacturer. I never got a follow-up, and after multiple attempts to contact them, I learned I should return the items to the seller. Despite calling numerous times and leaving messages, I've received no response. I am appalled by the lack of communication and support. I still have the unsuitable door knobs, and they should take responsibility for this situation.
I've been trying to reach the company to arrange a return. They require you to contact them first, but they don't respond while my return window is closing. It feels intentional. Having worked in marketing, I've seen how companies with good customer service thrive, while those lacking it eventually fail. I won't be purchasing from this company again! I will pursue this return through all available avenues, including legal options for consumer rights.
