We ordered two kits for pocket doors, which were delivered by a courier, although the order was placed with another seller. Unfortunately, both packages showed signs of damage, likely from transit or storage. Upon opening one kit, it was heavily damaged inside. Fortunately, the builders managed to repair it on-site and complete the installation without further issues. We chose not to contact the seller since they would have required the damaged items back, and we couldn't afford to delay the project.
