Be sure to double-check your cartridge number, as this company does not offer refunds for opened packages. I made an error by two digits; the website suggested a printer type, and the number sounded familiar, so I placed my order. Instead of ordering 63 cartridges, I mistakenly ordered 61. I'm quite disappointed that they refuse to exchange them and only refund unopened items, even though the opened ones were never used. It doesn't make sense to me... I've learned my lesson, but I won't do business with this company again and will not recommend them to anyone. I lost $50, which feels unjust.
