Customer service is horrible. after I contacted them to tell them that I have cartridges that their website claimed were HP cartridges. My HP Printer gave me an error message that said the cartridges were "incompatible". I contacted HP who informed me that Doorstepink was using reconditioned cartridges and grey market. These cartridges would ruin my printer if used. I contact "Becky" at Customer Service and had to send photo's screen shots, etc. to her. I said why are we dong this just refund my money. She said she couldn't I would have to sent them back first thety would look at them and determine a refund!!! UNACCEPTABLE. Their tag line is customer first and Becky's signature line isQuality and customer experience is very important to us, and it is what drives us! That is as far from truthful as possible, these people are scammers and should be called out. DO NOT DUE BUSINESS WITH THEM!! Buyer Beware.
