Make sure you know your cartridge number, as this company won’t refund opened packages. I made a mistake by two digits; the site asked for the printer type, and the number seemed familiar, so I ordered. Instead of the needed 63 cartridges, I mistakenly ordered 61. I’m disappointed they won’t exchange them and only refund unopened items, even though the opened ones were unused. It doesn’t seem fair... I’ve learned my lesson, but I won’t be returning to this company or recommending them. I lost $50, which feels unjust.
