This is the third time. I’ve tried to write this review. I’m a bit of a luddite so I’ll take responsibility for that, but I’m about to give up! If you’ve read this story before, sorry.We unexpectedly had to ship a dog across country because of the death of her owner. This girl was a big Newfoundland who was depressed and hadn’t had an owner for about three weeks.I talked with many Dog shipping companies and was fortunate to find. DOOR-TO-DOOR. They were actually dropping a dog off on the western side of the country and would be able to pick her up that night.She was making a solo trip because we didn’t know how she got along with other dogs. We didn’t want to add to her stress.Richard was our driver and he worked very well with Annie the dog. Door to door uses the app 360 which allows their customers to follow Dog and driver on their trip as well as communicate with text messaging in a special group that included People where the dog was going and people where the dog had left.The price was very reasonable given the distance and Richard and Annie completed the trip in three days.I would not hesitate to use door-to-door again. The people were kind in the communication was very good.Annie seems to be thriving in her new home.

Our drivers use their late model vehicles which are temperature controlled, so your pet is comfortable. All our drivers are background checked by CheckR. If and when we have a driver that is not 5-star worthy, we no longer will use that driver.

Also, to help you, as the pet owner, to have a peace of mind while your pet goes on a mini vacation. We share GPS tracking during the trip. At stops we will update you with texts and pictures.
We offer VIP private pet delivery. Your pet will be spoiled and will get extra attention. We are nationwide, with drivers always traveling across country.
