Rachel and Thomas were responsive and easy to work with. Thomas picked my dog up in San Antonio Texas and delivered her safely 19.5 hours later. He kept us informed along the way and when to expect his arrival. Thomas provided a toy bear for the trip and she greets us when we come home with the bear.Reliable company and reasonably priced.
Monica was so careful and conscientious with our elderly dog. She followed all our instructions for her medicines and preferences, and maintained very good communication with us during the actual trip. She even shared her location with us so we could track them during the drive. I would easily recommend her and Door to Door.
Door to door is the best. Helpful detailed and very communicative. Best aspect they match you with the right driver. I got Dawn she was so amazing. She made my 4 cats trip as easy as possible. She went above and beyond to ensure they were comfortable. Sent me updates and photos and best of all beat the delivery time. So highly recommend don’t waste your time any where else.
Door to Door Pet Delivery is awesome. They are very professional, courteous and care very much about the pets they are delivering. Hello. I am Rachel, owner of Door To Door Pet Delivery LLC. A woman owned and operated company. This is our fifth year in operation (2025). Serving families coast to coast. We understand how stressful sending your fur-baby off with a stranger can be. I am available before, during, and after your transport. We have done over 2000 transports and over 900 transports off this platform alone. We are dependable, love animals, and safety first.
We have grown to have a reliable team of quality drivers all over the country. All of my drivers are either family, friends of family, or referred by close friends. Our drivers use their late model vehicles which are temperature controlled, so your pet is comfortable. All our drivers are background checked by CheckR. If and when we have a driver that is not 5-star worthy, we no longer will use that driver.
We pride ourselves with meeting your needs and time schedules. Our goal is to help your pet get safely to his/her destination with the least amount of stress. Also, to help you, as the pet owner, to have a peace of mind while your pet goes on a mini vacation. We share GPS tracking during the trip. At stops we will update you with texts and pictures.
We offer VIP private pet delivery. Your pet will be spoiled and will get extra attention. We are nationwide, with drivers always traveling across country.
